How to make Bacon Wrapped Dates:
Preheat oven at 356°F -180°C.
Slice dates lengthwise.
Remove pits and add in a piece of goat cheese.
Close tightly and wrap with bacon, securing with wooden pick.
Bake for about 15 minutes, turning halfway.
