How to make Bami Goreng:

Boil the noodles, using the instructions on the packet.

Rinse and set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp. oil, pour in eggs to make an omelette. When cooked, slice and set aside.

Heat remaining oil. Add garlic, stir-fry until fragrant. Add noodles, chives, mushrooms, prawns and squid. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add chili and soy sauces and sesame oil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with sliced omelette and spring onion.

Serve hot.

Ingredients for Bami Goreng:

For 6 persons:

- 9 oz - 250 gr. Medium Egg noodles

- 3½ oz - 100 g  Diced Chicken breast

- 3½ oz - 100 g prawns

- ½ Chinese Cabbage

- 1 carrot

- 1 medium Onion

- 1 Small leek

- 2 Cloves of Garlic

- 1 tsp. Kecab Manis

- 1 tsp. Sambal Ulek

- 3 tbs. Olive Oil-

- salt and ground black pepper to taste
