How to make Carrot Soup:

Put 4 cups - 1l  vegetable stock of water with 4 vegetable bouillon cubes in a stock pot and add the onion, carrots, peppers and potatoes and bring to a boil.

Let it cook 20 minutes with the lid on the pot.

Mix the soup and add another 1 liter - 4 cups vegetable stock of water.

Let the soup boil for 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
