How to make Chinese Cabbage Soup:
Wash the celery thoroughly and cut into pieces. Don't use the leaves.
Put the water with the bouilon cubes (or vegetable stock) in the bowl, add the onion rings and celery and bring to the boil.
Wash the cabbage and cut into large pieces and they also put in the bowl.
Cut the garlic into small pieces and add.
Let simmer for 20 min.
Mix the soup and season with salt and pepper.

- 1 clove garlic
- ½ celery
