How to make Corn Soup:

In a large pot over medium heat, combine the onion, garlic, sweet red pepper and olive oil.

Saute for about 5 minutes, or until onions are tender.

Add the chicken stock or water with chicken bouillon cubes and corn.

Bring to a boil, and simmer for 20 more.

Mix the soup and season with salt and pepper.

- 1 pepper, shopped

- 1 can (12 ounce- 425 gr) whole kernel corn

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 4ΒΌ cp -1l chicken stock or water with 2 chicken bouillon cubes

- Salt and pepper
