How to make Cranberry Sauce:
In a medium pot, combine the cranberries, sugar and orange juice. Stir to blend. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to a simmer.
Some of the cranberries will burst and some will remain whole.
Allow to cool before serving.

For 8 persons:
- 12 oz - 340g cranberries
- 1 cup - 200g white sugar
- 1 cup - 240 ml orange juice
