Italian Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients for Italian Breakfast Casserole:

- 1 diced bell pepper
- 1 diced onion
- 1 (8 oz) tube Crescent Rolls
- 8 slices ham
- 15 slices salami
- 8 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- shredded mozzarella
How to make Iatalian Breakfast Casserole:
Preheat oven at 356°F - 180°C
In large skillet heat 1 tbsp. olive oil, add onions & diced bell pepper and sauté, stirring occasionally, until they are soft and slightly blackened around the edges.
Remove to a plate and set aside.
Mix the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer crescent rolls, ham, and salami, pour the eggs mix on top.
Top with peppers and onions and cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 min.
