Quacamole

Delicious and healthy Quacamole recipe

  

Ingredients for Quacamole:

For 6 persons:


- 3 advocados, peeled pitted and mashed

- 1 cloves of garlic, peeled and mashed

- 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced

- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro

- ½ diced onion

- 1 lime, juiced

- Salt and pepper





How to make Quacamole:



In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados and lime juice. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic.

Season with salt and pepper and lemon juice.

Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
