These salmon patties are delicious for lunch or dinner!
Ingredients for Salmon Patties:
For 6 persons:
- 1 can salmon 14 oz - 400g
- ½ cup - 50g dry bread crumps
- 1 egg
- ½ green onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and black pepper
How to make Salmon Patties:
Drain and reserve liquid from salmon.
Mix egg, onion, bread crumbs and salmon together.
Make into patties. If mixture is too dry to form into patties, add reserved liquid from salmon.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium high heat.
Cook for 4 - 5 minutes on each side or until the patties are golden brown.
Add extra oil to the pan if necessary.
