Delicious and healthy Stuffed Mushrooms recipe
Ingredients for Stuffed Mushrooms:
for 12 stuffed Mushrooms:
- 12 medium mushrooms (about 500g)
- 300 g goat cheese
- 75 g bacon
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs (basil, oregano, parsley)
- Grated parmesan
- Little olive oil
- Salt and pepper
How to make Stuffed Mushrooms:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Brush the mushrooms clean.
Remove the stems out and chop finely.
Peel and chop the shallot and garlic.
Cut the bacon into strips.
Fry the bacon in a pan with some olive oil.
Add the chopped mushroom stems, the chopped shallot and garlic to it.
Stir-fry until all the moisture evaporates released.
