Sweet and Sour Carrots
Ingredients for Sweet and Sour Carrots:

- 2 lb - 900g small carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp red-wine vinigar
- ¼ tsp salt
How to make Sweet and Sour Carots:
Bring a pot of water to a boil. You only need about a inch - 3 cm of water, enough to create steam.
Add the carrots and cover with a lid.
The carrots shouldn't be immersed in the water. You want the steam to cook them, not the water.
Check the water level every so often. Add more if it gets too low.
Cook until carrots are fork-tender.
Stir in butter, honey, vinegar and salt. Cook over medium until carrots are glazed, 1 to 2 more min.
