Smoked Salmon Tartare

Ingredients for Smoked Salmon Tartare:

serves 4 :

7 oz. - 200 grams of smoked salmon

2 tablespoons capers on vinegar

1 red onion finely chopped

black pepper

How to make Smoked Salmon Tartare:

Finely chop the smoked salmon slices with a large knife until you get a tartare (very fine, almost ground).

Drain the capers and add to the salmon, together with the chopped red onion.

Finish with a pinch of freshly ground black pepper and stir well until all flavors are nicely mixed.

Arrange neatly in a compact heap and possibly serve with some crispy salad and some bread.
