Crème Brûlée Recipe


Crème brûlée is one of the party desserts par excellence. Although this dessert is of course delicious throughout the year.

    - ¼ l cream
    - 2 vanilla beans
    - 100g sugar
    - 12 egg yolks
    - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
    - 2 tablespoons brown sugar

How to make Crème Brülée:


Put 100g sugar to the egg yolks in a mixing bowl until thick and creamy .
Pour the milk and cream in a saucepan nullmilk mixture.

Let rest until the foam disappears. (about ½ hour . )
Preheat the oven at 90 ° C.
