Tuna is a luxury product that you definitely do not have to eat every day. But, very occasionally you can be tempted to put such a piece of noble fish on the table. I prefer to prepare the fish as pure as possible, so that you can fully enjoy the taste. The tuna steak includes fried or boiled new potatoes and a simple tomato salad with red onion.
Ingredients for Grilled Tuna Steaks with Herb Sauce:
4 tuna steaks
1 Knorr Bouillon kettle Vegetables
4 tbsp chopped mixed herbs (parsley, coriander, chervil, chives ...)
2 tbsp Cornflour
pepper and salt
How to make Grilled Tuna Steaks with Herb Sauce:
Start with the sauce.
Boil 250 ml of water, pour in the stock broth, bind with cornflour and stir in the green herbs.
Do not let it boil again.
Sprinkle the tuna steaks with salt and pepper and brush lightly with olive oil.
Heat the grill pan and fry the tuna for 2 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side.
They may still be raw inside.
Place the tuna steak on the plates and spoon some of the sauce over it.
